Really good stay

Liked: Good location for lots of nice places to eat. The pool was good a bitter smaller than I thought. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The coffee and the bags where not the same

Liked: I always stay here and really like the breakfast and the easy assessibility to where I need to be. The front desk staff is very efficient.
Disliked: Upon check in, I went directly to my room. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned-- one bed was messy and not made and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and explained my situation and they immediately moved me to another room. My stay ended up being awesome.

Charged for a room with...

Disliked: I paid for three beds. The email that I have says three beds. It did not say two beds in a sleeper sofa. You had me down for two beds and nothing else. I let the email go that said to queen beds because the one email I had confirmed that there were three beds in the room and it was a big room. After showing her the email that said I had three beds, she stated that that hotel did not have three beds in any room. I don't understand how it could have been booked for three beds and yet you only sent me an email for two and nothing else. The only reason I paid that price for the room was because it had three beds in it. If I had known it was going to be that way I would have canceled it before it was too late. I finally ended up with a sleeper sofa that was maybe a half inch thick and couldn't be slept on. We had to beg for blankets to even use on the sleeper sofa and then she couldn't sleep on it. I think this is crap and I could have found a hotel with the same thing for half that price. I would like to get a refund on my money or at least half of it. I think you at least owe me that much

Disliked: I have been waiting for the invoice sent to my email address for 2 months. When I call booking.com, they also say hotel do not respond to their emails.
