Thankfully only 1 night

Liked: The facility itself was nice, clean and staff up front were friendly and very helpful. The bed, uncomfortable! Dip in the middle and very firm. Woke up with a sore lower back. The art in the room is disturbing. You can hear everything outside the room! The housekeeping in the morning were so loud. Banging on our door. I yelled we were fine. 20 min later they unlocked our door and tried to enter. Thankfully I had the door stopper on. They slammed doors up and down the hall way. Throwing stuff around. Very rude. Parking is awful! Thankfully, we were only there 1 night.

Liked: We had a great experience! The hotel was close to where we could walk to the aquarium and marina, there’s a lot of things to do with the kiddos and even if you want to grab a drink to wind down, the rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Will not stay here again

Liked: Parking was $20 a night which wasn’t told until we arrived. They charged us $100 for incidentals which I wasn’t aware you must pay before you get your key. The lady at the front desk was very rude and yelling at every employee there trying to cause drama it seemed. Our keys messed up half of the time. The TV lagged horribly couldn’t even watch it. My breakfast had a bug in it. We had the cleaning people knocking on our doors at 7am day of check out to see if we were still there after i told them yes and we’d be leaving at 11 they banged on the door not even 20 minutes later. It was absolutely ridiculous. Worst hotel stay I have had in a while
