Hello, we just left your hotel yesterday. It was so great that we told the employee at the desk that we stay at around four hotels a year, being traveling bodybuilders, and your hotel was by far the best to date! Would actually pick that room over staying in an apartment. All the amenities of home, not to mention spotless! We got to choose what floor we wanted and the breakfast was great! We ate lunch at the Applebee's around the corner and the Longhorns around the corner for dinner (without the worry of getting lost at night by going out the way ). It says a 5 is excellent? I'm giving it an 10!!! Thanks for making our trip a great one...

Liked: The breakfast was very good! Very nice, friendly staff especially the breakfast bar worker. She kept everything neat and clean and greeted everyone with a cheery good morning.

Overall great hotel for family...

Liked: Overall great experience; nice warm customer service especially breakfast staff. Love the location being close to the town center and mall.Only complaint is the bathroom sink was clogged and not draining properly, we had to brush teeth and wash hands in the bath tub.

Disliked: The other guests, there was a travel baseball team of 8-9 year old completely out of control and unsupervised kids running, screaming, slamming doors, pounding on doors, throwing pool furniture. Then...the parents. The screaming cussing match began next door at 10PM and went on an hour, then their travel companions fought loudly for the next hour before cranking the volume on a ball game at midnight. They were loudly slamming doors and talking in the hall early the next morning. I should have reported them to the hotel., my fault, but when a hotels sees and hears all the ruckus, they should do better at walking the halls periodically to see what is going on. It ABSOLUTELY RUINED my weekend getaway.
