Odd behavior at the front...

Disliked: The front desk clerk who checked us in spent an inordinate amount of time staring at her computer screen without any verbal communication with us. We stood at the desk, waiting for her to communicate anything with us, but she never did. When I asked if everything was OK, she quipped back that she was doing her job. It was a really bizarre experience. As a frequent traveler, I found her behavior extremely abnormal. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Liked: The location is very nice. It was neat and clean.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi always seems to be closed. The chair in the room was broken. 4:00 checkin is too late. The breakfast doesn’t have anything for vegans

Disappointing

Disliked: I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool, however it’s been closed for a month for renovations. Wish Booking.com had it updated on their site!

Liked: The room was comfortable.The toilet could have been updated - as it was a little dated.However, we enjoyed our stay and breakfast!!!!!I love the Hampton Inn & Suites!!!!
Disliked: The pool was out of order and the toilet in the room could have been newer.Otherwise - great affordable quality stay and service!!!!!! The Morning Checkout person was amazing!!!!We had no issues with our late check-in either!!Thoroughly enjoyed!!!!Great property location and clean!!!!!!!!
