The room was awesome. Should you find additional charges when you check out.....you need to pay attention to your bill. The staff was great, hotel was beyond clean and customer service impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Close to First Niagara Stadium, Anchor Bar and other venues.

Liked: The staff we interacted with were very kind, breakfast was good and the cleaning staff was wonderful. There was a missed used coffee pod in the room's coffee maker, but other than that it was pretty clean. There was only one option for coffee creamer but they had half and half and lots of different tea. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and my daughter couldn't get enough of the waffles! It was a wonderful stay in a great location and the security features throughout were a nice touch.

Liked: Staff was nice and made sure I had all the details I needed to be able to park my car and travel in the town for my event that evening.
Disliked: Breakfast. They were out of plain waffle mix, the oatmeal was watery, the eggs tasted like water and the apple juice tasted nothing like apple juice. Everything very watered down, have had better at cheaper hotels.
