The room was awesome. Should you find additional charges when you check out.....you need to pay attention to your bill. The staff was great, hotel was beyond clean and customer service impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice room...

Liked: Surprise big tub. Bed was well made and comfortable. The fireplace was ok. As a gas one, it didnt provide much of an experience. Spacious room and neat having name on TV when arriving. Also, the shower was very nice.
Disliked: When we arrived, the toilet was dirty with human waste and the body wash container was nearly empty. There were little signs of the previous guest(s) everywhere. The AC needs a cleaning or a new filter as it was very loud and the clock beside the bed didn't work. From about 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM, it went from 10 AM to 10:12 AM. Lastly, even though I spent hundreds of dollars on a room, I still had to pay extra per day for parking. BE ADVISED.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast. Conveniently located near many restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Our room was dirty and the toilet was clogged. The bedsheet and comforter had brown stuff on them. The bathroom wall had something suspicious on it, and our toilet didn’t flush.When we called the main desk they said “they will send a new comforter and someone to fix our toilet.” After waiting a while we called down again and they said “someone will be there soon and we will comp your parking.” They also told us we couldn’t switch rooms because there were none available.My partner ended up going down to speak with the front desk personally and after a while they gave us a new room.We were completely unsatisfied with the front desk and the hotel.Also, paying for parking is ridiculous, especially since it was a regular parking lot.
