The room was awesome. Should you find additional charges when you check out.....you need to pay attention to your bill. The staff was great, hotel was beyond clean and customer service impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Close to First Niagara Stadium, Anchor Bar and other venues.

Great hotel with great facilities...

Liked: The property was in a very convenient location, perfect downtown location for walking around, seeing the city and having lots of great bars, restaurants, and cafes around. The facilities were clean and there were lots of amenities. Breakfast was good too - they changed it each day and the muffins were particularly great!
Disliked: They might have had other pillows available at the front desk ( I didn't ask) but the pillows were all WAY too soft and mushy. They basically melted into the bed when you put your head down - even 2 stacked up provide no support for your head at all

It was a nice room...

Liked: Surprise big tub. Bed was well made and comfortable. The fireplace was ok. As a gas one, it didnt provide much of an experience. Spacious room and neat having name on TV when arriving. Also, the shower was very nice.
Disliked: When we arrived, the toilet was dirty with human waste and the body wash container was nearly empty. There were little signs of the previous guest(s) everywhere. The AC needs a cleaning or a new filter as it was very loud and the clock beside the bed didn't work. From about 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM, it went from 10 AM to 10:12 AM. Lastly, even though I spent hundreds of dollars on a room, I still had to pay extra per day for parking. BE ADVISED.
