Liked: Breakfast was good. Every morning. Need biscuits and gravy more than one day.
Disliked: Loose tiles in the bathroom. No bottled water in the room. For a hotel in the Hilton chain it was less than I expected. I paid way too much for the room. I was screwed by booking.com. I paid $500 dollars for 2 days. I will not be back for another screwing. I will not use Booking.com again.

Disliked: The carpet was wet in the middle of the floor and reported it and they sent someone in with a wet vacuum . They need to replace sheer curtains. They were torn in several places.

Liked: Highlight of this property is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and accommodating. 5 stars for the staff!
Disliked: The facility itself is in desperate need of some love. The call buttons for the elevators at least on the third floor do not work and appear to have been nonfunctional for a while. The suite I stayed in had a very musty odor. One of the wall mounted lamps beside the bed was missing and the mounting holes were not filled. Throughout the facility it is apparent that the owners have not invested back in the property for some time. The staff however is doing the very best they can with what they have to work with.

Good for our purpose.
