Disliked: I ask for a room that was NOT at the end of the hall. I got a room at the END of the hall. That was the 5th time I ask for that and every time my request was ignored.

Disliked: Beds were horrendous. Mattresses worn with divots and loose, rickety frames. No toilet paper on roller in restroom. No body soap in dispenser in restroom. A/C was extremely noisy when it kicked on. I had heard that the continental breakfast was one of the best but although the food variety was good, no dish was hot.
