My stay was very pleasant....
Liked: Breakfast good. Surprised with paper and plastic!
Disliked: Surprised no handicap safety bar in the bath tub

The bed and bedding were...
Liked: I had coffee in the morning it was good but I have a special diet so I knew going in I would not eat anything. But the breakfast presentation looked nice
Disliked: The elevator floor was filthy upon arrival, at 1:00am but 10am the next day it was still dirty. There was no complimentary water bottles in the room which is such a simple easy thing to give their guests but they chose to be foolish & cheap . The sofas in the room looked old, the lighting was dim. Not impressive. I felt I paid too much for this room.

Liked: Location was close to our work event the next day.
Disliked: We were told after the check-in was completed we didn’t get the room I ordered weeks before - 2 Queen beds due to airco breaking down. So the other person could use the signed or a roll away bed. Or they could cancel the booking and maybe check with the other hotel. After driving 19th from the north it was a bit of a shock. Why not inform us before taking my credit card and info? And told you got a better room King bed. But we didn’t want a King we wanted the room I ordered. Then told next evening a 2 queen room would be available ‘for sure’. Wanted to see how we would sleep. Next morning - 8AM returned the key and asked to honor the promise to cancel as my travel companion had a bad sleep. After sincere apologies informed they can’t cancel. Booking needs to do it and will get a refund.Still waiting on Booking to get back to me. Called Booking.com at 8:30AM, haven’t heard back.Housekeeping staff was friendly, receptionist was snippy when I questioned the better room comment. After long ride - I didn’t want to get I to comment.
