Liked: The best part about the hotel is it's location. Easy walking distance to Oak Mountain Amphitheater.
Disliked: The hotel was actually under renovation at the time. No real problems, though.

Liked: Room clean.

Liked: Brooke, the lady on the front desk who checked us in gave us exceptional & friendly service with emergency contact information in case of potential need for our medical condition. Also information for veterinary services should we have needed them. The breakfast was delicious.

Disliked: Cleaning Staff/woken 3 mornings by yelling children and slamming doors -asked them to stop and we just got dirty looks !For the money spent very unprofessional and unacceptable

Very dirty

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Our room was not clean. The floor was sticky. The tile was still dirty with noticeable spots that the cleaning crew should have noticed. Our bathroom was dirty with toilet spots that were definitely not cleaned from previous guests, footprints in the shower, dirt on the counter and soap dispensers with dirty marks. The bed had hair all in it.
