Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Customer service unprofessional and room smelled. Had to change rooms cause air conditioner didn?t work. On top that. Housekeeping kept my expensive makeup and bag I left. Call front desk today. Receptionist rude and stated after few weeks they throw

Liked: Location and spacious room. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Fitted sheet struggled to stay on bed.

Liked: Very friendly and pleasant staff. Location is good.
Disliked: Bathrooms was not the cleanest. Not terrible, but could have been cleaner.

Liked: The staff were all nice and professional!
Disliked: The pool was down the entire stay and the system kept going down, however the Management staff were able to make suitable accomodations for the insufficencies!This speaks volumes!
