They did get heat fixed...

Liked: Everyone was so nice and always asking if you need anything
Disliked: My room had no heat was freezing in the middle of the night

Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: Overpriced for amenities. No Micro, No Fridge, no Ceiling Fan. Price was $162.62 plus tax per room. Breakfast offering not fresh. No ice machines working. Very Yellow water from bathroom faucet. Reported to staff and answer was basically, yes, we know. Renovations hopefully will fix.

Hotel great

Liked: The breakfast was great
Disliked: Loved the hotel but hated Booking.com - very inflexible would never use again. We had to cancel the first night and hotel cancelled but Booking did not so we were stuck with paying a night we didn't stay.

Great location, quiet, and comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was great! Coffee was better than most hotels I’ve stayed inRoom was spacious and comfortable Staff were nice and friendly Appeared very clean
Disliked: Was a little pricey, but it was a weekend and many events were going on in and around Austin,so I’m sure that added to it
