Nice room with great air conditioning. Comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Close to COTA.

Liked: Shuttle driver went above and beyond when I had a problem with my rental car alarm.
Disliked: Room guide said pay-per-view available, but had to go elsewhere to watch PPV boxing match on HBO.

Liked: Met expectations. Good night’s rest, standard breakfast, and shuttle to the airport. All good.

Disliked: The room smells bad, and the bed was uncomfortable, also de sheets were like with humidity . I stay two days and no body went to clean the room. To much money for that.

Disliked: I didn’t like that we couldnt get towels at night. We gave our girls a bath and didn’t have dry towels for us. When I went down stairs the girl didnt have any full size towels and no idea how to get me any. The only thing she had was hand towels. The only thing she said she would b able to do is let me know if she located some and call my room so I could come get them because at night they were not allowed to leave the front desk area, (Which I completely understand)
