Liked: your breakfast was great lots of great foods to choose from and plenty of hot dishes. The rooms were nice and big and very clean and quiet.
Disliked: WE asked for a table to use in our room so we could play cards and games, and they told us they had none.

Liked: We heard no noises from other rooms, the beds were comfy, and the TV worked fine. And the breakfast was great. Everything was much more plentiful and with greater variety than the last time we stayed here. Especially like the freshly made oatmeal with all kinds of toppings.
Disliked: When we arrived, the A/C was on and was noisier than other hotel rooms we've stayed in. Fortunately, the weather was such that we didn't need heat or A/C, so we slept in a nice quiet room.

I am very disappointed.

Liked: The breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs were runny but overall the breakfast was pretty good. The employee that worked the desk in the evening hours was very nice and helpful. The person who checked us in seemed like he could care less especially when he gave us keys to our room that was NOT cleaned!
Disliked: The employee that checked us in checked us in to a room the was NOT cleaned. Garbage was still in the baskets, bed not made, dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. I then called front desk and advised him that the room he gave us was NOT cleaned and he advised me to come back down to the lobby as this was a minor mistake. THIS IS NOT A MINOR MISTAKE!!! It’s terrible service period.So when I took all of our stuff back down to the lobby to get a new room assigned he just seemed like he didn’t care and wasn’t his problem when he gave me the new key cards. So now we get back in the elevator, go to our floor, find our room and BOTH of my keycards did NOT work. So, now I have to go back down to the lobby and get the key cards to let us in the room. Finally, after being there for almost a half hour we are now finally in our room. The room was nice and spacious BUT, the faucet in our bathroom was very loose to the fact you could turn the whole faucet around, the shampoo bottle was broken off the wall, the shower gel bottle was empty the hangs in the shower, and the shower was dirty with spots on the shower floor and the floor was not very clean at all. It was actually kind of gross. These issues should be taken very seriously because I use to travel a lot for work and the first thing I would check for would be Hampton inn and suites hotel or just Hamptons period. This stay was not a wonderful stay at all and very disappointed because it was me and my husbands 10 year wedding anniversary and I surprised him with a overnight stay and dinner to the Ishnala Supper Club and it did not go as planned due to the time we had to spend wasted for check in. I am just actually very sad and disappointed in this property.
