Liked: Very clean. The staff were great.
Disliked: There is obviously an insulation issue. We were in room 222 and the noise from upstairs was ridiculous. The first night it sounded like sumo wrestling was occurring…I was relived to hear from the staff the guests wouldn’t be there the next night, but it didn’t make a difference it was same issue. The room beside us had the same issue. We frequent hotels and have never had an issue like this. The front desk did make contact with the people above us both nights but it didn’t make a difference.
