Our trailer was stolen in...

Liked: Easy access off interstate 40. However we discovered that was a bad thing as our trailer was stolen overnight with all our belongings and personal effects
Disliked: Rooms were tired looking but pretty clean . My husband and I were traveling from Kansas to Arizona with a 4 x 8 trailer with all the belongings we wanted to take from one home to another. During the night someone came in and stole the trailer. It’s been a nightmare trying to just get our personal information and accounts taken care of. Then to add insult to injury, we were charged an extra $35. I was told a nightlight was missing from the room. We never saw a nightlight let alone take it. Very poor

Unpleasant

Disliked: The 3 floor was completely under construction. Did not look safe, toilet kept bubbling up, WiFi was HORRIBLE TVs were so tiny. Overall not the best experience.

A nice place to stay

Liked: The staff was courteous, friendly and helped us out with any request we had. The rooms were very clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was nice.

Very clean and comfortable

A few minor bumps but...

Liked: I felt like we paid a decent price for this room. It was a great room and very comfortable. I love that it was on the first floor and also the price was so low for a family of 5 needing enough beds to fit us all. We loved the bigger bath tub with jets and the beds were very comfortable. I also loved that the staff was so kind and accommodating.
Disliked: My complaints are that there was a very bright flashing white light randomly flashing off and on at night time while sleeping. It looked like a safety light or something. The couch was very torn and ripped and just looked battered and needing to be replaced. Oh and ICE BUCKETS. We had no way of getting ice for our room and had asked the staff but they said they didn’t have any ice buckets available. They did help us with doing a load of laundry and had everything we needed but then the dryer would not dry our load and we ended up staying up way too late to try and get them to dry. We paid for three dry cycles and they STILL were damp.
