Great room. Love the grits...

Disliked: Nothing

Stay was okay.

Liked: Everyone was very friendly. Room was clean. Coffee was excellent.
Disliked: Bed was a bit too soft. The shower control handle was broken and it created a tip that was very sharp. reported this to the front desk but nothing was done to correct it.

Liked: Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Queen beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Toilet ran contentiously unless you manipulated the handle.

Disliked: TV would not change channels. At 1-10 pm , i was asleep. front desk clerk called to say my credit card was declined. I told him that I knew that was not true because the room was the only thing on the card BUT most important , I had made the reservations and pre-paid on Jan 18 . I told him that I had a confirmation number and an email that said I owed no money. Suddenly, the clerk said it went through. I never even gave him a card, so he did not have my card. I was not about to give him my number. I believe this was a means to get my number. He needs to be questioned about this. I did not like it.
