Liked: The front desk lady Shannon was amazing when talking to on phone and later in the day. When first checking in the women at desk was not very friendly. But Shannon made us want to come back she was super amazing.
Disliked: The first room heat didn't work and I had to change room . When first checking in the front desk person was not very nice kinda had a attitude.

Great staff, over-priced room.

Liked: The staff was fabulous. The room, however, was not - could not adjust air conditioner, could not get TV remote to dusokat list of channels, pillows much too soft. Not what one would expect for the steep price paid.
Disliked: Locate ice dispenser more centrally.

Disliked: Old building. Weird plumbing. Really bad breakfast. No security.
