Very nice!

Liked: Very clean and front desk was very prompt when we called for extra washcloths. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good and very filling.

It was perfect for what...

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast and was clean. I loved that the shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc were in pumps attached to the wall instead of little bottles that are difficult to squeeze out the contents! I took that idea and got some for my bathroom!

Liked: The location served its purpose while traveling.
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude , particularly one staff member, Mataya Carter, who verbally attacked my wife while having breakfast. Customer service does not exist at this hotel. The pool was filthy, and way too much chlorine could barely stand in the pool room. As an honors member, we also were never offered free water upon check-in. Hampton inn had gone down hill.
