Not as good as expected...
Liked: It was ok.
Disliked: The sheets did not look clean and hair was on the sheets when the bed was turned back.

Dirty, loud and stinky
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room smelled terrible.Floors were dirty, wiped water off the tile and the cloth came away brown.Noisy all through the night.AC/Heat did not work properly and when it did turn on it was noisy.Worst hotel room ever for a Hampton Inn. It was so bad we didn’t trust to eat breakfast and have no intention of ever returning.

Superb
Liked: Very clean. Very good breakfast. Spent there one night.
Disliked: The water pressure in the tap was rather low.

Reservation issue
Liked: Only issue was I had an issue changing my reservation from two nights to the one I stayed and never received resolution to this issue.
Disliked: I felt like I was sent in several directions when the solution seemed fairly simple.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER JUST CRIMINAL
Liked: NOTHING MADE RESERVATION 6:35PM CANCELLED EARLEY NEXT DAY STILL GOT CHARGED WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKINGS.COM AGAIN JUST WRONG IN EVERYWAY.

Awesome value for the price!
Liked: We enjoyed the large variety of hot & cold food for breakfast. The room was very comfortable, with a couch & desk. We liked some of the small touches in the room like a barn door for the bathroom. It was a good location that was close to I-75, and there were several restaurants and stores near by.
Disliked: There seems to be a consensus of hotels/motels that state in their confirmations: "Please be informed In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are requiring face coverings in all indoor public areas of all our hotels throughout the U.S. for guests and Team Members. Additionally, we continue to encourage the use of face coverings at our hotels throughout the rest of the world. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you. See you soon. Hampton Inn Adel" I don't know if this is coming directly from the hotels, or if this is a standard response from Booking.com. There are plenty of studies, and other medical organizations who don't recommend masks. We don't wear them, so it is upsetting to us to see this, after we've confirmed our reservation. We did notice that there were only 2 people wearing masks the entire time we were there, and they were customers. If someone else wants to wear one, we don't have any problems with that. I just wanted to let you know what we experienced. I feel that it should be removed from stating that a medical device is required to enter or be on the property. It should be an individual's choice.
