Liked: Staff friendly, breakfast bar good and room and facility clean. Bathroom was a good size and accessible for toilet and sink only.
Disliked: Price was way too steep. We have gotten more elsewhere with same money. There was no fridge, no microwave in rooms. A tub and not shower for accessible room and even with tub bars not adequate and very dangerous piece stick out when put bench down. So the person in wheelchair was not able to shower. The way the bathroom set up for accessible was not suitable for a person with very limited movement. Needs a wheel in shower. Wheelchair accessible. Telephone didn't work to call front desk.

Liked: Breakfast was just ok. Nothing stood out. Just ok. Location was good for what we needed.
Disliked: Rates were ridiculous. When booking it was 291 per night. When I got receipt it was $412 for one night and 252 for 2nd night. Room was awful. No chair, no microwave, small cube fridge on floor. Very dark in room. Carpet was rippled and bugs all over wall on 2nd night. Staff knew about problem with bugs. Why rent that room?? There wasn’t any conditioner to use in shower. Very disappointing stay. Have stayed there for years and can see a very big decline this year. I won’t be going back. Staff had multiple different reasons for high rates and none of them were the same. Leads me to believe they were lying. Took two days to get a chair in the room. We were reimbursed for one day, the cheaper of the days. We should have been reimbursed for the entire stay. Will not return!

Great breakfast, comfy beds, clean...

Liked: The staff was wonderful. Shane helped me as my back went into spasms got a wheelchair helped my aunt get out things to the room. Checked on me several hours later and brought me patches for my back. A perfect gentleman and so compassionate.
Disliked: We were pleased with everything.
