Liked: Fantastic staff. Like truly wonderful. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Super clean. Close to downtown. They even have to go breakfast bags for people who don't have time for breakfast. All the hygiene products are low tox. My daughter enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Nothing. We loved our stay.

Liked: Great staff. All of them. Only thing I would enhance the breakfast with the offering of at least an espresso/nespresso compatible option. Lady taking care of breakfast is very good.
Disliked: Provide some microwaveable tools each room (a glass container microwave proof) amd a nespresso machine compatible fir breakfast

Liked: I loved the hospitality and the area was close to the arena.
Disliked: It could’ve been cleaner. There was a few pieces of hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: I booked 3 kings rooms. None of the rooms I got were king rooms. They were all double beds. When I complained they said they "ran" out of king rooms. How does that happen? One of our rooms was next to the court yard. People were out there all night until 6 am and were screaming most of the night. Nothing was done no matter how much we complained.
