Disappointed. Surprised a Hilton hotel...

Disliked: Broken desk chair, broken luggage rack, shower drain uncovered, hair conditioner pump broken. Hair dryer covered in hair, sticky and gross. All broken items unable to use.

You could not ask for...

Liked: I tried the breakfast and did not like it and threw it away and just ate cereal. On the last Morning there was biscuits and they were good, but that was the only day that I didn't have to eat cereal.
Disliked: The bathroom products should have been checked before my check in. The products were empty or extremely low.
