Clean, friendly, and secure valet...

Liked: This was our first time staying in Portland and we have had bad experiences in hotels. We loved the location, cleanliness, we were able to check in early, and the secure valet parking was the best.
Disliked: Honestly everything was great

Clean, comfortable, with amazing staff...

Liked: From the moment we arrived, the front-of-hose staff were amazing. Check-in was seamless, and Alex at the valet counter went above and beyond for us. We requested a room on the top floor so we could enjoy the rooftop terrace, and the room we were given was right where we wanted to be, and was clean and comfortable. The location is walking-distance from everywhere we wanted to go. We loved our stay!

Liked: All staff from valet to front desk were friendly and accomodating! Rooms were very comfortable that we ended staying another night. Location was great, right in the pearl district area.
