We went to Queen for my grandson’s first rock concert. Stayed at the Hampton Inn right across the street from the Xcel Center and everything was perfect - a short walk right across the street to go to the concert. There were restaurants and bars right next to you. Everything was as good as it could be.

Liked: The concert venue was great and the Hampton was excellent! Very convenient - never had to drive. Very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing.

The Hampton was perfectly close to XCEL and was so easy to find. Very comfortable and the people were nice and friendly.

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No low points.

Would recommend.

Liked: It was located across the street from the Excel Center and all we had to do is walk across the street. In the morning the breakfast was great.

Disliked: We were told there's a complimentary breakfast which was subpar at best. We requested a late checkout yet we were woken up to repeated knocking questioning if we were staying another night at 11:00 a.m. and again at 12:00 p.m. when our checkout was not until 12:30 p.m.

Disliked: They have no on-site parking unless you pay 35$. Then they charged me 40 instead of 30. Nothing tells you even their emails that they have no parking. The staff are subpar. The room beds were very uncomfortable. I will never stay here again

Liked: Never got a chance to try it...had to be at dog show too early each day.
Disliked: No room cleaning, towels or bed making
