Basic 2 night stay.

Liked: Nice simple B & B that is well located in the town with a good range of shops and eateries around.Good Breakfast.
Disliked: 6am false fire alarm.Some fittings in the room ready for the dump both old and broken.Not enough parking for car on 2nd night stay.

Liked: Lovely staff very accommodating, lovely cleaner she always checked to make sure I had enough tea/coffee/milk daily.
Disliked: Couple of small issues which I let the staff know about that just needed fixing in my room, ie one of the bed side lights not working, a plug socket just needed to be looked at not one I used though.

Disliked: no headboards on the worlds' most uncomfortable knackered bed.threadbare towels.noise from bar until midnight.

Indifferent stay

Liked: The staff were very pleasant breakfast very good, bar was well stocked and drinks reasonably priced
Disliked: This place is very run down everything seems to be dated.the rooms were very poor beds very uncomfortable, room cold. radiator hidden behind the single bed, so gives out little heat, bedding very old and tired,sockets behind the bed were so low down you had to pull the mattress forward to plug anything in, no headboard, bathroom outdated no plug in the sink.corridors very drab in need of decorating.I would only recommend this place to stag or hens who want a cheap nights accomodation.Its not a place I would return to, in there defence there was work getting done on improvments

Disliked: Mold in shower No hand soap in the bathroom Kettle handle broken and dangerous Not cleaned properly, rooms outdated Breakfast not good Lightshade had no bulb Loo paper on toilet brush Toilet dirty Over priced for the money you pay Felt dirty and landing to rooms smelt and had satins all over them. Won't be stopping here again. The bed was damaged and old. It's more like a youth hostel than an hotel.
