Disliked: Lack of available parking; long waits for elevator.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, the complimentary breakfast exceeded expectation.
Disliked: The only complaint is that there was no cream and sugar available for coffee in the room. And when we asked for some for our second morning we still didn't have any.

Disliked: Parking was not available and we had to pay extra. Asked for temp control as were staying with kids. Assistance arrived much much later. The chairs were stained.Fridge cabinet door came off on opening.

Disliked: Parking was an extra cost and had to park across the street underground. Not convenient with kids and lots of belongings. A large lobby/lounge and restaurant attached would have been nice.
