Liked: Room was very clean and spacious and very quiet staff were helpful we didn’t use wifi didn’t need itWe went to concert at scotiabank centre and it was in walking distance this was a bonus

I won't stay in this...

Disliked: I hope the hotel can provide some professional training for the Indian staff at the front desk. They don't even have the basic politeness and smiles that are essential in the service industry. Instead, they seem impatient and give strange looks to the customers. I won't stay in this hotel again next time.

Liked: The breakfast was such a plus. The only thing I found that I think needs addressing is the bed. The mattress itself was comfortable but the frame was very flimsy and shakey. If I even coughed , the whole bed moved. Everytime I moved , even a little , my husband was woke up and vise versa. Nothing a solid frame couldnt fix. Other than that , the rooms were a good size , very clean and cozy. The location was perfect for a casino visit to the city and the staff at the front counter , well so friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Bed frames were flimsy.
