Disliked: I have had many good stays at this location but this experience was terrible. it started with no front desk staff, so I had to phone and wait. When the woman arrived she told me the room I booked did not exist and a Standard room was available. She also said the rate would be the same. She then went to check in a different customer before actually checking me in. I am still trying to get payment sorted out for this and would advise people to not stay here until management sorts out this problem.

Liked: The location and the rooms were great! Wonderful breakfast and my family enjoyed the pool. Awesome value. We will recommend to others.
