Liked: Location and value for money were great, good standard of room and lovely and quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast room far too small, no seating available at busy times, and large queues for everything.

Liked: Location was very good and walking distance to the shambles
Disliked: Breakfast was poor, orange was watered down to far, hot food was not great quantity, only one coffee machine for the full hotel

Very good

Liked: Very clean and perfect location.
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable, and it was total chaos at breakfast. The restaurant area can't cope with the size of the hotel.

Very pleasant if a little...

Liked: The staff were informative and friendly.The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.The ability to store luggage for the day after booking out was very useful.
Disliked: The room was somewhat expensive, but it was not booked in advance and York was busy that weekend.
