Exceptional

Liked: As always, the receptionists are so polite. Our room on the 5th floor (because it would be quiet) was amazing and very quiet. It was also spotless with plenty of extras. Breakfast was fabulous, too. Love staying here.
Disliked: Nothing!

Excellent

Liked: The location to the barbican theatre and the shops are excellent. The hotel was welcoming from the start and the room was very good.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: Very friendly staff, quick check in process and very good breakfast. No fried eggs at breakfast though, which was a bit strange when it was a full service
Disliked: A full English breakfast includes fried eggs, so they should be available and not just scrambled eggs.
