Liked: We liked the room, it was adjoining, as we were with children. The hotel is clean, modern. Delicious breakfast, pretty good coffee. It suited us perfectly for a night of rest on the road. But it would also be good for a longer stay. We are also grateful to the staff for allowing us to stay in the room until 12 o'clock, as it was possible. I think we will come back again.

Liked: Sure, here’s a pI had a rather frustrating experience during my stay. Initially, I was charged the wrong amount, which led to a reimbursement and then being charged again with the correct amount. This caused unnecessary hassle, especially when trying to clarify the issue — the staff seemed confused and were unable to provide clear answers.To add to the confusion, one staff member wasn’t even aware of the hotel’s address when asked, which is quite concerning. I’d suggest better training for the staff, especially in handling inquiries from international guests and communicating more effectively in English.Additionally, the breakfast service was poorly managed. The timing and organization left much to be desired, and it negatively affected the overall experience.I hope the hotel considers these points for future improvement.
