Liked: The staff were very friendly and good and their job. I was more than happy with everyone there!!
Disliked: The hotel room itself was very very dusty. The grout was missing in a tile in the bathroom... No door on the shower... Also wasn't told about the £5 off voucher that you had to go down and confirm you put it on the door as it said on the hanger.. was taken but that was it so we put up with wet towels for nothing ...the bacon and eggs and beans at breakfast were cold rubbery and not very nice tasting at all. So just had toast and juice.

Liked: The rooms were a good size, clean and the location was good.
Disliked: The TV and bedside lamps didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, room thermostat display lit up the room all night and was woken up at 3am by shouting from other guests.
