Liked: Room nice and clean; great breakfast - everything you would want.
Disliked: 2 glasses of white wine were £20 - a bit overpriced; should have been warned about price before.

Wouldn't normally bother sending in a review but the hotel was excellent and very reasonably priced. Booked it eight hours before we got there. It's easy to find just off the ring road but what made it was the staff, all very friendly and helpful. They are a credit to this establishment.

Was generally a nice hotel. Breakfast was really good; nice decor; central for the town centre and Sheffield City Hall.

Liked: Nice room; comfy beds; nice and clean.
Disliked: Tea and coffee not replenished and the cleaner took our card out of the electric slot so the room was cold when we returned after it had been a freezing cold day.

Liked: We were there to celebrate our 14th year anniversary and Bex who checked us in made us feel really special and welcome. That set the tone for our 2 nights
Disliked: The room had a smell when we entered and we had to buy room freshener to keep it smelling okay. The next day after it was cleaned was a bit better
