Never again.
Disliked: No heat in room. It is late November and cold. No portable heaters. We were given a blanket (which turned out to be a mattress protector). Breakfast was poor with a line of customers waiting for the only working coffee machine out of three and a shortage of cups and cutlery. In our room, the traffic noise from outside was very loud. Not good for a 4 star hotel.

Liked: Nice clean room, comfortable bad, helpful staff, ok for a short stay. This hotel has a parking
Disliked: The nearest metro around 15 min walk.It was difficult to shower as water pressure is too low.There was breakfast but quality is not for a 4 star hotel

Liked: Came to stay here as was going to a gig at the Grand Rex. Really modern, clean, upbeat accommodation.
Disliked: Room was a bit chilly.

Disappointing
Disliked: I stayed here for three nights during a business trip and was extremely disappointed. The internet stopped working on the second night and remained down for the rest of my stay, despite repeated promises from the staff that it would be fixed "soon." This caused major disruptions to my work, as I had online meetings scheduled. Even on the day of check-out, there was still no internet, and I couldn’t even book a ride to the airport. The staff’s solution? Look for free Wi-Fi nearby. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Would not recommend.
