Disappointing,

Liked: Free parking and free wifi. Decent shower in the room
Disliked: Small room , couldn’t get down one side of the bed, photo attached ,mattress lumpy terrible sleep, woke several times with back pain, stains on carpet, small holes on the wall that needed filling.only one comfy chair for two people not great only one suitcase stand again two travellers not the best. Did speak to staff who offered another room but after looking at it and sat on the bed we realised it was the same mattress so it wouldn’t have helped, we declined and was given a drinks voucher for two. Breakfast was Luke warm and not good quality (sausages and bacon) pastries were croissant and muffins. For a Hampton by Hilton I did expect better. For a single traveller the room would have been perfect size . Unfortunately we won’t be returning, because a bed and breakfast establishment should focus on good quality mattresses and a decent breakfast which on both counts for us was lacking. It is also quite far from Oxford city centre a taxi cost fifteen pounds each way.
