Liked: Very close to train station . Staff friendly and helpful . Good cooked breakfast , lots of choice
Disliked: Mattress on bed felt like sleeping on a wooden board. Didn’t realise until we got into bed, too late to do anything about it . To future guests , check the mattress before you unpack . Window ABSOLUTELY filthy .

Disliked: It was utterly cold and rai I h cats and dogs. We were due to fly out at 6.00 am . My car was parked 300 metre away from the front door of the Hotel. The staff had no umbrellas , they were no help whatsoever. I brought the car closer and took the luggage to the car with no help whatsoever !! A very poor performance for a top class. Hotel . Will never stay there again I promise.
