Liked: Hotel was clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The front desk employee, Margaret, saved the weekend. She was able to get myself into a room much earlier than expected. She saved our wedding.

Nice place in New Platz

Liked: We love the Hampton Inn. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. The fitness center is also very appreciated.
Disliked: The breakfast has always been average and limited but it seems to have declined. Each day the items were very limited; eggs, yogurts, breads and pastries had one or maybe two options in each category. The bananas were so green you could not peel them. The orange juice was undrinkable. The included breakfast definitely needs some improving!

Other than the heat everything...

Liked: Been there before. Always been just great
Disliked: The heat in the room. When the thermostat hit the desired temperature the fan started to blow cold air making the room very uncomfortable.
