Had a wonderful weekend at the hotel; staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

Liked: I regret to inform you that I have been unable to obtain a response from the property or any staff member at the hotel regarding an issue concerning my arrival and stay.
Disliked: Poor communication and lack of response have prompted me to express my dissatisfaction. I would be willing to reconsider my review if someone reaches out to address my concerns.

Liked: Lovely rooms and amazing price, especially including breakfast which was also really nice. The staff were helpful and let us store our luggage after we checked out. Check out was also at 12 which was handy as it meant we weren’t rushing. Really nice reception area with free coffee and comfy seating.
Disliked: Only thing we can think of is that they ran out of orange juice in the morning at breakfast but to be fair it was almost the end of breakfast time.

Liked: Room was comfortable enough, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was not great. Coffee from the machine was awful. No teapots and only tiny cups to make tea in. They’d run out of apple juice. The sausages were dry and hard. Cost of snacks and soft drinks were extortionate but I guess that’s like most hotels.

Liked: Really good room and felt secure. Comfortable bed and decent size tv.
Disliked: Reception joined to onto bar meant that due to a private party this area was very busy. Breakfast was average at best.
