Lovely hotel and amazing staff

Liked: The hotel was lovely and staff were amazing and welcoming
Disliked: There were some issues in our room. 1. AC didn't appear to work so I had to request a fan which was broken and wouldn't turn but we made do.2. The main door and bathroom door have obviously been forced open but not repaired.3. The carpet was stained, shower curtains yellowed, makeup on bathroom tiles4. Pillow case was ripped

Liked: Very nice, clean, modern room with comfortable bed, large tv and excellent shower. Came with a great breakfast buffet, which was all well cooked and presented. Very pleasant staff and well situated for the city centre.
