Liked: The location and view that's all.
Disliked: They seem there is an ongoing issue with the elevator. A hotel chain such as the Hilton should have resolved this much sooner. Breakfast wasn't bad if you don't mind a full English being cold

Sort your lifts out otherwise...
Liked: Nice place friendly and clean but the lifts were poor! After a day out and tired we came back and had to walk 7 floors up! Not good for some one 4 months post replacement knee surgery! Fuming

Do not expect great breakfast!...
Liked: We liked the room given to us in our last 2 nights which was (Queen Room with city view with nonrefundable fee) the room 507 looked the same on the bookings website when I booked and paid for the room.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't good. Mushrooms were not good at all, no taste, bacon looked raw didn't even wanted to try it. We were given a room which was a connected room separated with a very thin wall and locked door with a damp smell, no air at all. In the night next door neighbor :) was talking on the phone for hours with microphone. On the 6th floor there was a lady playing with her feet and talking on the phone while sitting on the corridor floor:( The first day was a disaster and disappointment for us. We were so tired; we didn't have energy to ask for a room change in the middle of the night at 1:30 am. Plus the bed was King-size but not comfortable because it was making noise and going down to right side. Windows are too big and locked; it is not possible to get some fresh air instead you get air condition which I am allergic and very sensitive to Air con. For security reasons they could not open the windows which is understandable however when there is no one in the room it could have been possible to get some air in for about 10 minutes. At least one window must have Vasistas system, so people like us can get some fresh air. Some staff was very nice, the manager on the front desk which I was told Umisha her name was, very helpful, she did change our room. Last 2 nights we had a good sleep, no noise and comfortable bed. Although changed room was acceptable, the first room was not I paid for!!! Repetitive defensive answers show problem taken personally by the management complaint is not about reception manager doing the job it is about hotel's condition. Customer relations of the hotel is very bad, there seem to be only one person dealing with everything (the reception manager), where are other managers? End of the day we stayed in both rooms, as much as I know I am not blind. However, we had a feeling that we were seen as unwanted problematic customer. End of the they we were customers experienced professionals with service industry.

Overall, great hotel and we...
Liked: Great location with a 5 minute walk to and from Waterloo station making travel on the underground easily accessible. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.
Disliked: Lifts were not operational during our stay.

Quite ok hotel

Disliked: Old and tired room, water constantly left on the shower floor. The room was dark as hell during the day.

Liked: Location is wonderful Breakfast was very niceNeed more Elevators for the size of the hotel.
Disliked: Elevator situation. Impossible to get on one on middle floors in the morning. Also they are very small in area. Only 5 or 6 people with luggage could get on at one time.
