Very good
Liked: Location was good, not too far from Waterloo train station & underground. Found out that the Imperial War Museum was only a 10 mins walk away, so we went there before our train home.
Disliked: Sink was cracked. Didn't effect use, just didn't look very nice.

Complain
Liked: Breakfast and position
Disliked: I am writing this letter only to describe to you how unpleasant and disappointing our stay with the Hampton By Hilton of Waterloo was.Myself, my wife, my two daughters and also a cousin of mine booked a double room and also a triple room with three single beds. After making the reservation for these two rooms check-in on the 25th of January and check-out the 27th of Jannuary I received some kind emails from bookin.com and in addition to mentioning the names of all of us, I also asked if it was possible to have a triple room for disabled people given that my first daughter has physical problems and she is on the wheelchair.again via email I was told that unfortunately the hotel did not approve any type of triple room for disabled people. I was also advised to contact the hotel's reservations department to request a change of room type but unfortunately we did not have the availability to do so.upon arrival the receptionists who assisted us made us fill out a form called Peep (Personal emergency evacuation plan) but after our request they told us that there was no disabled room available. After this negative response we asked if it was at least possible to have a plastic chair in the room to wash our daughter but very simply we were told that in the entire hotel there wasn't even a plastic chair or anything that could help our disabled little girl. At that moment we had the feeling that no one was fully able to take care of us and that every request we made, every question we asked, was annoying the hotel staff.Sunday 26th evening a relative of ours came to pick us up in the hotel lobby to go to dinner and while my wife and I were organizing our disabled daughter into the Uber car to go out for dinner this relative of ours took the front part of the wheelchair to help us and he returned to reception to kindly ask if it was possible to leave this piece of wheelchair in the concierge area of the lobby and then pick it up when returning to the hotel.
