Disappointing

Liked: The hotel has a great location near Waterloo station and a short walk from the River Thames and the London Eye.
Disliked: The second day after arrival, there was no hot water. The hotel was unable to resolve the issue by changing the room and offered compensation in the form of a refund of the accommodation fee, however, this has not happened to this day.

Disliked: the mattress smelled very strongly of some kind of chemicals, all the clothes and body stank. unfortunately, this was not immediately discovered.the room was cold and the air conditioner did not work properly for heatingthe dishes at breakfast were poorly washed, covered in grease and had an unpleasant smell.

Liked: Property is located a stones throw away from London Waterloo station which is perfect. The room was clean and tidy. Felt very comfortable. Breakfast had good options.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Staff was nice. Room was clean. Location of the hotel is sketchy though. So in in, great stay though.
