Disappointing Stay, But Great Staff...

Liked: The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute drive from the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. I also appreciated the early breakfast service, starting at 4 AM, which was perfect for those with early flights.
Disliked: I was really disappointed with my stay at Hilton. The room was very dirty and outdated, far from what I expected. The shower was filthy, and the carpets were stained and clearly not well-maintained. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.The TV was extremely small, making it almost useless, and the worst part was the lack of sound insulation – I could hear every single step from the hallways and neighboring rooms. It honestly felt like sleeping in a cardboard box.For the price and the Hilton name, I expected much better. Definitely would not stay here again.

Liked: Ease of check in, helpful staff as I arrived a little early, and was allowed to check in at 2.00pm.
Disliked: A small table next to the Chair would make lufe a little easier (351)
