Great Value for my money.

Liked: Very close to the train station. Very clean and spacious rooms and toilet. Very good breakfast with lots of variety. Friendly staff available 24/7 for assistance. The environment is calm and safe. I will definitely consider staying again.
Disliked: The TV does not have interesting channels, but it permits screen sharing so I could watch NETFLIX on the big screen. Lighting was not optimal in my room. A section of the room had no light at all.

Disliked: The breakfast was the only let down. Only one bowl of fresh fruit - satsumas. No bowls of melon, grapefruit, grapes, bananas, apple. Didn't like the jams and marmalades from single jars, very unhygienic and unhealthy. People licking their knives then putting it into the jar

Disliked: Got mobility accessible rooms and shower not too convenient Location quite far from city especially train timetable

Liked: Lovely big bed, spacious clean rooms, excellent breakfast with wide choice available. Very reasonable food and bar prices... right next door to tube station. Lovely stay.

Disliked: Room was a little small, no view & a bit far out

Overall good hotel but expensive...

Liked: Clean , well decorated in good location , £20 parking is expensive for overnight . For family double room was converted to family room so space was very less .Nice hotel though it was expensive £229 for one night
Disliked: Cleaning at breakfast area , no one to guide you at the breakfast area
