Can’t be better!

Liked: I felt so welcomed by the reception staff, they were ALL so tentative and approachable. It made me feel so happy being there! The room was so cute clean and cosy, but I was woken up several times in the night due to my neighbour… I could hear him dragging his suitcase around 3am and the door opened and closed in the very early morning…
Disliked: It was so cold in the room but I couldn’t switch it to the heating mode

Pleasant

Liked: Small rooms, maintenance was poor. Bathroom doors got stuck,would not open.

Great hotel

Liked: Stayed with my daughter while being tourists. Had a great stay

Liked: Nice location and friendly staffRoom was a bit small though only used for sleeping so no real problems

Great hotel spoilt by a...

Liked: Hotel made me very welcome and I slept soundly. The hotel is quiet both inside and out.
Disliked: However the bubbled lift floor covering is VERY DANGEROUS and a health and safety issue particularly as the facilities are used by patients like me from Moorfields Eye Hospital.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Everything is clean and staff is helpful. Also the location is good.
Disliked: There was no warm nor hot water in the shower. Also when I booked the room, the sitting area was pictured on the photo, on the one side of the room, but there was none in the room we had.

Great location and fabulous hotel.

Liked: The rooms were exceptional. Spacious and plenty of everything you can often lack, mirrors/ work surfaces/ seating/ lighting. Would absolutely stay again.
Disliked: The orange juice for breakfast was a bit of an acquired taste, but otherwise nothing
