Liked: We choose to stay in a room without a window since we would basically be using the room just for the night. The only thing that we weren't expecting was to lose our phone reception and the wi-fi was not great. Other than that, the room is the same as the pictures, with perfect cleaning, and a nice breakfast.

Not happy

Liked: The staffs tried to help and be professional
Disliked: Internet wasn’t working . Didn’t enjoy my stay and breakfast was horrible . Felt like checking out same day

Liked: Was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff were really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: One small improvement would be an additional coffee machine at the breakfast station to avoid queues forming

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a good location not too far from the tube. Breakfast was good quality. Bar on site and comfortable lounge in the lobby.
Disliked: Not everyone will like a 10 minute walk to the tube, but then again, London hotels are expensive, and this one is good value for money.

Overall a good stay with...

Liked: Staff were incredibly friendly and on hand if we needed anything. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a variety of options available.
Disliked: Issue with the shower, the strip around the shower was broken which caused water to leak onto the floor. To prevent having to move rooms we asked staff to provide a few more floor mats which they gladly did and advised they’d have maintenance take a look once we’d checked out. Paid extra for a window view yet the windows were frosted so you couldn’t actually see outside and the view would have been poor. Feel it’s a bit unreasonable to charge extra for a room with a window when you can’t actually see outside… frosted so prevents much sunlight coming in.
