Liked: Wish we had a bigger bed with a window for fresh air too hot in the night
Disliked: Reception staff were excellent breakfast staff was poor .It should not matter what time you come down for breakfast as long as you come between the times you guys say .For example we came down for 950am on a Saturday morning and asked for more of stuff as they were no more orange juice no more milk no more bread ect and got told it’s gone and there was no more and not replacing it . The lady was on her own and was stressed as she was doing everything.The chef when he came out to talk to the guests and I asked for the butter didn’t seem to understand what I was wanting when I asked for butter and got cross and said WHAT ARE YOU WANTING.Like I was to much trouble so I didn’t end up asking for the bread I was needing to go with the butter .

New hotel in Central London,...

Amazing - top to bottom!

Liked: It was immaculate; the staff were so lovely - the facilities (though I didn’t get chance to use them) were fantastic and the room was so quiet and peaceful!!
Disliked: Was a fair old trek from the part of Shoreditch I was visiting for - but still a walkable distance in half an hour.

Disliked: Thought the staff were ok but poor communication. I owned 9 pounds to upgrade a booking (it was the day before check out) and they called me back at reception to pay, took ages witb the payment and then told me to come back whenever. Then like 1 hour later called my hotel room asking for it - I was on meetings. They also just seemed like they didn't communicate with housekeeping even though I was staying an extra night housekeeping knocked on my door twice and kept coming to my room door.
