Liked: A problem with the room was sorted immediately and a very nice letter received from guest relations afterwards

Disliked: hot breakfast could of started earlier for the earlier flights

Perfect for a one night...

Liked: Breakfast was very good and the room was quiet.
Disliked: I don't like the way that food at the restaurant has a 12.5% discretionary charge included. This is a tip and I should decide if to apply and at what level to apply it. It should not be added by default. Accordingly, I did not eat there.

Liked: The room was great - quiet and comfortable Bathroom great tooBig TV - also nice
Disliked: The lifts - drove me nuts as they are not working properly . Thought I was stuck in it on my way to my early morning flight . Jammed on floor 4 until eventually another travelled called it from floor 6 whereupon I exited and walked down the stairs . The night before the lift would not stop on my floor (4) . Unnerving .

Pleasant

Liked: Convenient location in the North Terminal of Gatwick Airport, a couple of minutes' walk from the departure lounge. Simple but spacious rooms. Fitness room.
Disliked: There is no fridge in the room, no room service, the breakfast is not very complete, average quality.
