Superb

Liked: We had an early flight the next day, so location wise it was perfect. Room once available was comfortable.Slept well and were able to have a breakfast the next morning, plenty available to choose from.
Disliked: We got into London airport earlyish but had to wait for our room being made available. Unable to find a way of leaving our bags in a safe place and heading into London and noone to ask how we could do this. So we stayed and had a few drinks. Food available wasn't too exciting for the price.

Good location, clean and comfortable

Liked: Good location and comfortable room.
Disliked: Air con was noisy. Bar and restaurant were cold in tha afternoon due to aggressive air con which the staff kindly switched off.No bacon at breakfast.
