Disliked: It would have been more comfortable had we simply slept on the floor. The beds are really hard and both my wife and I had a rough night and our backs were crooked. The beds are not as comfortable as Premier Inn beds which is surprising as Hilton are supposed to be a premier brand. It wasn’t an ideal start with little sleep and then a long haul flight the next day. Breakfast was poor. Little choice and many guests were raising this issue. Wish we’d saved some pennies and had a better night sleep at Premier Inn. However, being within the north terminal is very, very handy

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: First of all the rooms was super clean. However, the previous guest who went there before us, towel was not changed. we could smell him or her in the bathroom and it felt like throwing up. Fortunate for us, we carried our own towels from home and it was a big disaster for us smelling the previous guests in the bathroom. At the end of our stay I have to deliberately wet all the towels in order to prevent them using it for another guest. Secondly, There was not enough varieties of fruits, the available fruits was chilled grapefruit, apples and Bananas. At the end my son began to vomit at the breakfast lunge and it was really a disaster. The supervisor who was on duty was a lady and was very helpful. But at the end the bad experience of smelling previous guest in the towels in the bathroom was really a disaster. It was indeed bad.

Liked: The front desk was excellent and whet well beyond expectations helping me problem solve two issues that had nothing to do with his job. He was very helpful, exemplary customer service.
Disliked: Difficult to find in airport, better signage need and more inviting entrance.
