Liked: Very good location, close to transport and shops. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The staff was very kind and responsive (Thanks, Manoj!). We would stay at the hotel again.

Not Really Hilton Quality But...

Liked: Staff were fantastic, from reception to breakfast staff they were very helpful. The location is great with parking across the road in a very narrow and low car park.
Disliked: The pillows were awful (I had a back neck for days after staying) and when I asked for memory foam or thicker pillows they had to shove multiple pillows in one case!! Breakfast was poor to average in options and quality.

Liked: Clean and safe. Very close to East Croydon station. Coop nearby and playbox with many food places. Good breakfast and nice eating area. Staff is very friendly at reception, allowed us to leave luggage free of charge. Especially Manoj has been very helpful and friendly every morning at breakfast. :) good wifi and shower. We had a great 3 night stay with my wife.

Liked: I liked the professional friendly staff from the people behind the front desk. The room was lovely.
Disliked: The lift was a little slow and didn't like that I was stuck next to a private/staff room. We could hear all the comings/goings going's from that room
