This was a very clean hotel. Security was good, but the guests were not prevented from attending breakfast inappropriately dressed! It was a bit pricey considering it's quite basic really.

Liked: Check-in was easy, rooms were clean
Disliked: No 'bacon' for the English breakfast as apparently, it's not on the menu. Also, whole families of guests coming to breakfast in PJ'S that they've slept in all night. Very young children operating red hot waffle machines and touching buffet food, but not taking it. People sitting bare foot, crossed legged on sofas to eat breakfast - where is the etiquette? This is England, Great Britain after all! No fruit tea's at breakfast or in the rooms either.

Liked: - near the subway-near the popular places by walk- clean and cozy room- very helpful staff- good coffee at the restaurant (English breakfasts are the same very day +/-)- quite
Disliked: - view on another part of hotel but it is understanable in a city center

Liked: A beautiful and modern hotel. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The receptionists are very kind and extremely helpful. Great location close to the metro.

Liked: Great location near Aldgate East tube station. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast lots of choice.
Disliked: Would have liked a spare blanket in room.
