Exceptional

Liked: The location is amazing, it's right in the centre of town and very accessible. The staff team were kind and polite. The room was quite spacious with the necessary amenities in place.

Comfortable stay, near Albert dock...

Liked: Clean room, had car park
Disliked: Long walk from city centre, not well lit around hotel streets if walking after dark. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and messy. Tables not cleared away after use, left piled up with dishes etc. No staff visible during breakfast times.

I would go back again...

Liked: The reception staff were lovely, very welcoming. The room was very clean.
Disliked: Well, the cleaner let themselves into our room at 9:53am (checkout wasn't until 11am) and we were naked at the time. The room was incredibly cold throughout the night making it difficult to sleep.In the morning when I tried to dry my hair, the hairdryer made some crackling noise and chewed up a chunk of my hair.
