Liked: Got a text both days making sure everything was OK ideal for the docks and the shops enjoyed out stay staff were lovely car park was ideal
Disliked: Not being able to use cash and dinning room could do with being bigger

Disliked: I had a very disappointing stay at Hampton by Hilton Liverpool City Centre. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards I expect from a Hilton hotel.Poor soundproofing: The walls were so thin that I could hear conversations from the adjacent room throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep.Room setup issue: I was staying in a mobility-accessible room that was directly connected to another room by only a door, further worsening the noise problem and compromising privacy.No heating: Despite the cold weather, there was no functional heating in the room, leaving the space uncomfortably cold.Unpleasant odor: The entire room, including the bathroom, was permeated with a sour smell, which made the stay even less enjoyable.
