Expensive for what it is

Liked: The breakfast was good and the location was great
Disliked: Our room was so cold and all we had was a little plug in heater. The duvet was paper thin. When we arrived back at the hotel there was only one member of staff trying to serve a huge line of people. There were no glasses for the drinks and he did so well despite this. There were no other staff anywhere to help or assist guests
