It's ok, but there are...

Liked: Gym was ok, but poorly designed. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly
Disliked: Small rooms, looked lot bigger on the pictures. Temp air con in the rooms super loud. Not very good night of sleep.

Highly recommend

Liked: The room was cosy, not big but good enough for short stay. Good Internet. Breakfast was good. We stayed for 2 nights. Easy to get to central Krakow.
Disliked: Most of the staff was good, only one lady at the reception wasn't very nice. She wouldn't tell if the restaurant was open, what time the bar closes. Apparently, she works at the reception, not at the mentioned places.
