Staff couldn’t do enough for...

Liked: Great location easy parking across the road reasonably prices bar
Disliked: Shower wasn’t the greatest

Overall impressed by our stay...

Liked: The location was excellent for Christmas shopping. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and the room was clean.
Disliked: Minor point pillows were a bit soft. air con was not easy to work.

Filthy chair in room

Disliked: The chair in the room looked as if someone had vomited and urinated on it.When I asked for an exchange, the chair was in a similar condition.It was disgusting.I should have had a refund

Liked: Very central and in great location. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The bed was too hard for my liking and the bedding had holes in it.

Liked: Very friendly staff at check-in. Lovely room and comfortable bed . Great location for shopping and King's theatre . Excellent breakfast in the morning.

Ideally located for an evening...

Liked: Secure parking provided at a discounted price across the street is very handy. Our room was clean & well appointed, with a comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast fare served until 11.00am, checkout time a generous midday. The efficiency & friendliness of the staff was much appreciated.
