Good location

Liked: Good location, clean, lovey breakfast.
Disliked: The staff were hard working and efficient, but not the most friendly. Particularly the check-in staff. They wouldn’t greet you unless you were at the counter and even then it was an effort, maybe that’s why they were pushing contactless check-in prior to our arrival.

Liked: Location good room clean
Disliked: Staff rather laid back difficult to identify who was the manager Everyone just a bit too relaxed Quite surprised to see staff finish shift put on a coat and join the guests and other staff in the bar

Good customer service

Liked: good friendly staff. room was OK some big red stains on the carpet and marks on the walls. breakfast was OK. bacon was to hard so couldn't really eat it. haggis was watery and soggy taste.
