Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room was tidy, clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Location was good for access into the city centre but also easy access to public transport.

Liked: Good location. Clean. Kept in great shape. Loved the hot pot and tea in room.
Disliked: We were two people in a twin room (2 beds). We each had a bag. There was absolutely no place to set up an open suitcase. No baggage stand. It made the room very uncomfortable as any movement required stepping around bags on the floor—opened to retrieve items. A tiny micro or frig would have been very welcomed also.

Liked: Very clean, nice comfortable bed, delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff.
Disliked: There are no doors to the bathroom/toilet, the bathroom is closed by the door from the closet, which creates discomfort, because you have absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. You can hear everything.The sofa bed is very uncomfortable, my back hurts after using it.The windows don't open for ventilation.Very expensive parking at the hotel.
